Application Terms of Service

By using BPMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the application.

2. Use of the Application

BPMS is provided for business operations, workflow management, and enterprise processing. You agree not to misuse the system or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Google OAuth is used for secure authentication.

4. Data Ownership

All operational data entered into BPMS belongs to the organization using the software. NATKRAM SYSTEMS does not claim ownership of customer data.

5. Limitation of Liability

BPMS is provided “as‑is” without warranties. NATKRAM SYSTEMS is not liable for data loss, system downtime, or misuse of the application.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update BPMS or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application means you accept the updated terms.
